„Das Start-up-Cockpit“. The idea is to give entrepreneurs a tool at hand that enables them to develop an economically sound business model – no matter whether they start a growth-oriented startup or a family restaurant. The Start-up-Cockpit makes them understand and monitor financial metrics and helps them build a strategic model that has a substantial economic advantage. Entrepreneurial Venture: Being part of startups is a personal priority of my work. Together with one of my former MBA students I realized DryBun, an innovative haircare product that you can check out here. Hope you enjoy it.

Since the very first days of working with Günter Faltin, Founder of Teekampagne, I was fascinated by the world of innovation and the rebellious nature of entrepreneurship. Established norms have always been something to challenge for me. Research and mankind create new knowledge so there´ll always be new business models.

During Babson College´s programme for entrepreneurship educators in 1994 I met Jeffry Timmons and Bill Bygrave, both business angels and professors of entrepreneurship. Faltin, Bygrave, and Timmons became role models for me. I am grateful that today I am part of the vibrant startup community of Berlin and the HWR Berlin (Berlin School of Economics and Law)

Since summer 2018 I have the honor and priviledge to serve as chairman of the board of NFTE Germany. Together with our partners we want to bring the topic of entrepreneurship in the German education system to the next level.

Since  1995  I started several companies myself or could participate as a co-founder:  the DryBun, 4 Equity Capital AG, bravis AG and UNITURM which turned out to be real success stories, the less successful media company „entree“ and the social business Existenzgründer-Institut Berlin which pioneered with a business plan competition, that today is Germany´s biggest competition of its kind. Today, besides my work at the HWR Berlin, I am actively engaged in startups and corporates alike to innovate business models and develop the entrepreneurial mindset.
